We are open Monday through  Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays!

Ordering

If you would like to pay for purchases with your credit card, you may shop directly from our site adding items to the Shopping Cart as you go.  If paying with a Personal Check or Money Order, please send us an email at info@karensromance.com and list all items, with Item Number and quantity desired.  We will then send you a return email with your invoice and Total Amount Due so that you may then mail your payment.  Please send Check or Money Orders to:

International Customers must pay with Paypal only!  We ship Priority Mail International to Canada and Mexico for $12.50.  Packages shipped to the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Ireland, Switzerland, & Sweden are $14.50.

Method of Payment

Karen's Romance currently accepts Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks  for payment of items.   Purchases are not shipped until after payment is received!  Please note; Personal Checks take approximately 1 - 3 Business Days to clear and items will not ship until that time!

***Texas Residents - Please note if you reside in the Great State of Texas you must pay sales tax of 8.25% on your purchases.  If paying with a Personal Check or Money Order, please send us an email at info@karensromance.com. with a listing of the items you would like to order.  In turn, we will send you an invoice for total purchases + Shipping + Taxes!  If paying with Paypal, all shipping and applicable taxes will be automatically calculated for you!

Shipping

Karen's Romance ships items within the United States only!    USPS First Class Shipping or Priority Mail are available for all purchases for Customers residing in the United States.  Insurance is optional, but highly recommended for purchases over $50.00.

    Shipping Insurance

    Insurance Coverage for $.01 - $50.00  = $1.65 Fee

    Insurance Coverage for $50.01 - $100.00  =  $2.05 Fee

    Insurance Coverage for $100.01 - $200.00  =  $2.45 Fee

   Insurance Coverage for $200.01 - $300.00  =  $4.60 Fee

Return Policy for Website Purchases

Items may be returned within 30 days of the Purchase date.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee!  Shipping charges are non-refundable!  Please note, Karen's Romance is not responsible for lost. damaged or misdirected mail.  Therefore, you may want to insure any items that you return.

Return Policy for Ebay Purchases

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased through Ebay!  All sales are final!  Thank you for understanding!
